Lecture Series
Fall 2023
Church of the Savior is pleased to be hosting two educational events to continue our discussion of the Bible and homosexuality. Each event will feature a guest who will present their views on the topic and a second guest who will offer a response. There will also be opportunity for questions from the audience.
The events are part of a larger process of discernment our church started after Synod 2022. (You can read more here.) Although the events are designed for members of Church of the Savior, we invite and would welcome any members of the community to join us.

At Church of the Savior, we value sincere discussions on topics without easy answers. We recognize people may hold different perspectives and still remain faithful to God's word. As such, Church of the Savior may not agree with or endorse all the views expressed by the speakers, but we value their knowledge, experience, and willingness to engage difficult topics.
