We are Moving....Denominations
Church of the Savior was started as a Christian Reformed Church, and it was been a part of that denomination throughout its history. Through recent decisions and actions of the CRC Synod, we could no longer be a member congregation. We have followed the rules of "church order" and have decided to leave the denomination. We are in the process of joining the Reformed Church in America. Read more.

What to Expect When Worshiping with Us
We are a congregation of people from a variety of Christian traditions and backgrounds. Together, we grow in faith, while also expressing honest questions and doubt.
Our worship style combines historical and contemporary Christian liturgy and music. All the words and music are shown on screens, making it easy for everyone, new or old, to join in. Dress is casual, and we enjoy coffee, snacks, and conversation after the worship service.

NEW! Queer & Questioning Club
Because queer folks of our congregation may be feeling isolated, a new monthly club allows those who identify as queer and those working on figuring out their identity to share their experiences with each other and support each other. In addition to personal support, it is our hope that they will find ways to add to the richness of our community and bring the church leadership's attention to ways they may be feeling excluded or marginalized.
In May 2024, we completed a multi-year, congregation-wide discernment process and adopted a statement of our vision, position, and posture on this topic. You can read the statement here and the full process here.
